AN ACT Relating to disability leave for law enforcement officers and fire fighters; and repealing RCW 41.04.540.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  Section 12, chapter 462, Laws of 1985 and RCW 41.04.540 are each repealed.
