AN ACT Relating to prohibiting inmates from receiving sexually explicit mail; and adding a new section to chapter 72.09 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 72.09 RCW to read as follows:

          The department shall prohibit inmates from receiving mail that contains sexually explicit material as defined in RCW 9.68.130.
