AN ACT Relating to credit information; and adding a new section to chapter 19.134 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 19.134 RCW to read as follows:

          Credit inquiries into a person's credit report shall not be used as a sole factor in denying credit.
