The Senate was called to order at 10:00 a.m. by President Pritchard. The Secretary called the roll and announced to the President that all Senators were present except Senators Barr, McCaslin, Moore, Moyer, Owen, Prentice and Linda Smith. On motion of Senator Oke, Senators Barr, McCaslin, Moyer, and Linda Smith were excused. On motion of Senator Spanel, Senators Moore, Owen and Prentice were excused.
