The Secretary called the roll and announced to the President that all Senators were present except Senators Finkbeiner, Kline, McDonald and Prentice. On motion of Senator Honeyford, Senators Finkbeiner and McDonald were excused. On motion of Senator Franklin, Senators Kline and Prentice were excused.
