      "NEW SECTION. Sec. 711. AGENCY EXPENDITURES FOR COMMUTE TRIP REDUCTION. 

      The office of financial management shall reduce allotments for all

agencies by $208,000 from general fund--state appropriations for fiscal year 2012, by $416,000 from general fund--state  appropriations for fiscal year 2013, and by $2,939,000 from appropriations from other funds to reflect elimination of funding for the commute trip reduction program.  These allotment reductions shall be placed in unallotted status and remain unexpended."

 

      Representatives Ross, DeBolt, Haler, Klippert, Hinkle, Orcutt and Ross (again) spoke in favor of the adoption of the amendment.

 

      Representatives Hunter, Liias and Sullivan spoke against the adoption of the amendment.

 

Amendment (868) was not adopted.
