RCW 46.87.190 Suspension or cancellation of benefits. (Effective July 1, 2016.)
The department may suspend or cancel the exemptions, benefits, or privileges granted under chapter 46.85 RCW or this chapter to any person who violates any of the conditions or terms of the IRP or who violates the laws or rules of this state relating to the operation or registration of vehicles.
