RCW 46.87.200 Refusal of registration—Federal heavy vehicle use tax. (Effective July 1, 2016.)

The department must refuse registration of a vehicle if the applicant has failed to furnish proof, acceptable to the department, that the federal heavy vehicle use tax imposed under 26 U.S.C. Sec. 4481 has been suspended or paid.
