(1) Administrative dissolution does not terminate, bar, or otherwise modify any claim against the administratively dissolved corporation.
(2) A person is not liable in contract, tort, or otherwise solely by reason of being a director, officer, or member of a nonprofit corporation that was dissolved under RCW
24.03A.928 through
24.03A.942, with respect to the activities or affairs of the corporation that have been continued, without knowledge of the dissolution.
