(1) You may be licensed as a semi-secure CRC or a secure CRC.
(2) Semi-secure CRCs are not locked facilities, but are operated in a way that reasonably assures that youth placed there will not run away. Regular CRCs are also known as semi-secure CRCs, as referred to in RCW
13.32A.030(16).
(3) A secure CRC is designed and operated to prevent a youth from leaving without permission of the staff, as referred to in RCW
