(1) The department must disqualify people living in your home if they do not meet the requirements of this chapter, or cannot have unsupervised access to children because of their background check (chapter
110-04 WAC).
(2) We will notify you if a person in your home is disqualified from having unsupervised access to children. This could also lead to denial, suspension, or revocation of your license.
