(1) The ballot choice made by a voter must not be seen by any other person during the act of voting or the placing of the ballot in the ballot box, except in circumstances necessary to allow a disabled voter to cast their ballot, as set out in WAC
135-110-250.
(2) Paper ballots must be placed into ballot boxes. Electronic ballots must assure at least the same level of security and privacy as provided by paper balloting.
