In addition to the delimitations contained herein, lakes or portions thereof which are located on nonfederal lands within the exterior boundaries of federal lands, which lakes fall within the definitions of lakes and lakes of statewide significance, as stated in WAC 173-20-030, shall be likewise subject to the jurisdiction of chapter 90.58 RCW.
