(1) Recipients must fully comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and rules relating to topics such as procurement, discrimination, labor, job safety, drug-free environments, and minority and women owned businesses.
(2) Ongoing management of most aspects of loan projects is subject to the most recent edition of
Administrative Requirements for Recipients of Ecology Grants and Loans (publication #91-18) or
Administrative Requirements for Recipients of Ecology Grants and Loans Managed in EAGL (publication #
14-01-002).
(3) Ongoing management of all aspects of loan projects is subject to the associated funding program guidelines.
(4) The applicant shall secure all necessary permits required by authorities having jurisdiction over the project. Copies must be available to the department upon request.
