Disposal of CAMU-eligible wastes into permitted hazardous waste landfills located outside Washington.

Notwithstanding any provision of WAC 173-303-646910, the department may approve placement of CAMU-eligible wastes in hazardous waste landfills located outside of the state of Washington if the landfill receiving the CAMU-eligible waste is authorized to accept CAMU-eligible wastes pursuant to 40 C.F.R. § 264.555 or pursuant to EPA-approved state regulations implementing 40 C.F.R. § 264.555, and the conditions of WAC 173-303-646910 (1)(a), (b), (2), (3), and (6) are met.
