In computing any period of time in these rules, the day from which the designated period begins to run will not be included. The last day of the period will be included unless it is a Saturday, Sunday, holiday, or campus closure, in which event the period runs until the end of the next day which is not a Saturday, Sunday, holiday, or campus closure. All college personnel responsible for administering the code will carry out their responsibilities promptly. Promptly means as soon as reasonably practicable under the facts and circumstances at the time, and pursuant to guidelines that may be adopted by the senior college official or their designee.
