(1) During the appeal process if the appellant's mailing address changes, the appellant must notify the public employees benefits board (PEBB) appeals unit as soon as possible.
(2) If the appellant does not notify the PEBB appeals unit of a change in the appellant's mailing address and the PEBB appeals unit continues to serve notices and other important documents to the appellant's last known mailing address, the documents will be deemed served on the appellant.
(3) This requirement to provide notice of an address change is in addition to WAC
182-08-191 that require a subscriber to update their address.
