(1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, the authority will maintain a website to provide public access to information related to the inappropriate disclosure or use of protected information. For each complaint for which an investigation is conducted, the authority will post the complaint, the information that the lead organization provided to the authority pursuant to WAC
182-70-610(5), investigation report and final disposition of the complaint. In addition, if the complaint finds a violation, the authority will post the notice of violation and the final hearing order, if a hearing is requested.
(2) If any of the records specified for posting in subsection (1) of this section contains confidential or protected information, that information is privileged and not subject to disclosure under the Public Records Act, chapter
42.56 RCW, and will be redacted from any documents posted on the authority website.
