(1) The time period considered in a quota, including designated as productive time or time on task must include time to use the bathroom, including reasonable travel time; and
(2) The time period considered in a quota, including designated as productive time or time on task must include time to take any actions necessary for the employee to exercise the employee's right to a safe and healthful workplace pursuant to chapter
49.17 RCW including, but not limited to, time to access tools or safety equipment necessary to perform the employee's duties.
