In-service reports of inspections of boilers and unfired pressure vessels shall be submitted within thirty days of inspection. Inspectors shall submit reports of inspections directly into the state's electronic inspection report system.
If an authorized in-service inspection agency or inspector does not have direct access to the state's electronic inspection report system, they shall be responsible for applicable processing fees incurred by the department as defined in WAC
296-104-700.
Reports of reinspection after suspension of an inspection certificate shall be submitted by an inspector as soon as notice of corrective action has been received.
