What are the requirements for instructing employees on spirits, beer, or wine?

(1) Per RCW 66.24.590, a licensee or its manager may furnish spirits, beer, or wine to the licensee's employees who are 21 years of age or older, free of charge, as a necessary part of instruction and training on spirits, beer, and wine.
(2) The licensee must use spirits, beer, and wine they obtain under the license for purposes of instruction.
(3) The instruction must be given at the hotel premises.
