What are the client's rights if the consumer directed employer rejects the selection of a person to serve as the client's individual provider or discontinues the current individual provider's assignment?

(1) The client may choose to receive services from a different individual provider or another qualified provider.
(2) The client has the right to dispute the decision under the consumer directed employer's dispute resolution process.
(3) The client does not have a right to a hearing under chapter 34.05 RCW.
