DDA may authorize services under the following programs:

(1) Medicaid state plan;

(2) Home and community-based services (HCBS) waiver;

(3) Roads to community living; and

(4) State-only funded services.

(5) Participation in all DDA paid services is voluntary. Clients or their legal representatives have the right to decline or terminate services at any time.
