(3) For the children's intensive in-home behavioral support (CIIBS) waiver only, if you are assessed as meeting both ICF/IID level of care and CIIBS eligibility as defined in WAC
388-845-0030 and chapter
388-828 WAC, your request for waiver enrollment will be documented by DDA in a statewide database.
