(1) To be a qualified provider of specialized durable or nondurable medical equipment, the provider must be a medical equipment supplier currently contracted:
(a) With DDA as a specialized equipment and supplies vendor; and
(b) As a Title XIX vendor.
(2) The provider of specialized nonmedical equipment must be a provider contracted with DDA as:
(a) A purchasing goods and services vendor;
(b) A specialized equipment and supplies vendor; or
(c) A vendor who satisfies the requirements of subsection (1) of this section.
(3) To provide specialized equipment and supplies under WAC
388-845-1800 (2)(c), a provider may hold a specialized goods and services contract.
