The following process will be utilized to determine a score for a submitted collection.
(1) Collections shall be scored at the state level by professional scorers screened, selected, and trained by OSPI. To be selected as a scorer, a person must have a bachelor's degree.
(2) A submitted collection of evidence shall be scored in a rigorous process that aligns with state content standards and comparable Washington state high school assessment performance.
(3) Uniform scoring criteria will be published on the OSPI website at http://www.k12.wa.us/assessment/GraduationAlternatives/CollectionofEvidence.aspx as approved by the state board of education in an open and public process.
