The Transportation Innovative Partnership Act was created to encourage the innovative delivery and funding of important transportation-related projects and services by leveraging resources more readily available in the private sector.
The legislature has articulated the policy goals and objectives of the act, found in chapter
47.29 RCW. These rules are intended to prescribe the processes that will be used to implement a successful transportation innovative partnership program in the state of Washington.
