Passenger transportation companies must comply with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), comparable Washington statutes, and federal and state rules promulgated pursuant to those statutes including, but not limited to, requirements for nondiscrimination, service animals, employee training, standards for accessible vehicles, and equivalent service standards as referenced in C.F.R. 49 Part 37, C.F.R. 28 Part 35.136, and chapter
