Special virtual designation, indicator decals, or hangers may be issued to staff and student permit holders who have otherwise valid parking permits in the following cases:

(1) A "service virtual designation, indicator decal, or hanger" is valid typically for a maximum of 30 minutes in a marked service zone. A "mall service" virtual designation or indicator is valid typically for a maximum of 30-minute parking in the pedestrian mall. If the virtual designation or indicator is needed for longer than 30 minutes, the issued permit is subject to the current daily rate for parking on the WSUV campus unless a parking permit valid for that time period is already present in the vehicle.

(2) Reserved parking virtual designation, indicator decals, and hangers which are valid in parking spaces that are signed for the corresponding permit and designation or indicator.
