Independent sanitation consultants—Where can I find the definitions for terms used in this rule?

The definitions for terms used in this chapter may be found in chapters 69.04 and 69.10 RCW and WAC 16-167-050 (2)(k). For the purposes of this chapter, the term "we" means department as defined in chapter 69.10 RCW.
