Qualifications of applicant for prearrangement sales license.

To qualify as an applicant for a prearrangement sales license as set forth in RCW 68.05.155 and 68.46.150, applicant must hold a valid and unsuspended certificate of authority to operate a cemetery issued by the Washington state cemetery board.
