The board, acting pursuant to RCW
28B.50.140(14), delegates to the chancellor of the college the authority to administer disciplinary action. The chancellor is authorized to delegate or reassign any and all duties and responsibilities as set forth in this chapter as may be reasonably necessary. Administration of the disciplinary procedures is the responsibility of the vice president of learning and student success or designee. The student conduct officer shall serve as the principal investigator and administrator for alleged violations of this code.
