Any and all written communications with the board, including but not limited to requests for information or copies of agency records, or submittals of any nature, shall be addressed to the community economic revitalization board, in care of the chair, at the address which appears in WAC 133-10-010(4). Telephonic communications may be initiated by calling the phone number also listed in WAC 133-10-010(4).
