The purpose of this chapter is to insure compliance by the employment security department with the provisions of RCW 42.17.250 through 42.17.320 concerning disclosure of public records, and to interpret and implement the provisions of chapter 50.13 RCW concerning the privacy and confidentiality of information or records held by the employment security department.
