(1) For adaptations that do not require installation, qualified providers are retail vendors with a valid business license contracted with DDA to provide this service.
(2) For adaptations requiring installation, qualified providers must be a registered contractor per chapter
18.27 RCW and contracted with DDA. The contractor or subcontractor must be licensed and bonded to perform the specific type of work they are providing.
(3) For debris removal, qualified providers must be contracted with DDA.
