The licensee or program staff must wash dishes thoroughly after each use by one of the following methods:
(1) Automatic dishwasher; or
(2) Handwashing method, by immersion in hot soapy water, rinsing, and sanitizing, as provided in WAC
170-297-0010, and air drying.
