In order to insure that Pierce College students are fully apprised of their rights under this chapter, the college shall at the beginning of each academic year make available upon request to each student during the registration process a copy of this chapter. In addition, the college shall post at conspicuous places on the campus information the students of the existence of this chapter and of the availability of copies.
