Implementation of new permit and license fees.

WAC 230-05-102 through 230-05-175 apply to all:
(1) Permits or license years ending on or after June 30, 2018;
(2) Permits or licenses issued on or after July 1, 2018; and
(3) Other fees assessed in this chapter on or after July 1, 2018.
