Employee health—Conditions of restriction.
The person in charge of a foodestablishment shall restrict any foodemployee who is known to have:
(1) A lesion that appears inflamed or contains pus and that is not covered;
(2) Exposure to foodborne pathogens as described in WAC
246-215-02205 (2)(b) through (e) and works in a
foodestablishment serving a
highly susceptible population; or
(3) A sore throat with fever.
