Inspection.

(1) Owners shall permit the department or local health officer to perform on-site inspections as necessary in the discretion of the enforcing agency to ensure compliance with standards in chapter 70.90 RCW and chapter 246-262 WAC.

(2) Employees of the enforcing agency shall provide appropriate identification when entering for purpose of routine inspections.
