(1) A test tag in accordance with ASME A18.1, Section 10.3, shall be attached and visible. A full-load safety test shall be performed with weights on all commercial accessibility equipment.
(2) The owner shall ensure that the accessibility lifts are routinely examined and maintained in accordance with ASME A18.1, Section 10.2.
(3) Documentation of tests, examinations and maintenance shall be readily accessible on-site.
