How does a person, firm, contractor, partnership, corporation or certified installer appeal a notice of infraction?
(1) File two copies of an appeal notice, specifying the reasons for the appeal, at the office designated on the notice of infraction; and
(2) File the appeal notice within twenty days of the date the infraction is mailed.
