Funding for specifically appropriated projects during a period of a priority approval process.

Notwithstanding the provisions of WAC 392-343-056, if the State Capital Appropriations Act for any biennium makes a special, specific appropriation for a particular project or priority category, such projects, or projects within the priority category, shall be exempt from the time lines established by WAC 392-343-056 and may receive final approval pursuant to WAC 392-344-107 at any time, provided that the requirements of chapter 392-344 WAC have been complied with.
