When is payment due if I am found to have committed the toll violation?
If you have been issued a final order finding the toll violation was committed your payment of the NOCP is due within ten days of issuance. If you do not pay the violation a hold will be placed on your vehicle registration and the unpaid penalty will be transferred to a collections agency to collect payment.
