License denial, suspension or revocation, and right to adjudicative proceeding.

Upon notice of intent by the department to an applicant to deny a hemp producer license, notice of intent to a licensee to suspend or revoke a license, or notice of intent for destruction of a hemp material or crop, a person may request an adjudicative proceeding under chapter 34.05 RCW, the Administrative Procedure Act, and chapter 16-08 WAC.
