An original and five copies of all documents, pleadings and other correspondence shall be filed at the commission's training facility located at: 19010 1st Avenue South, Burien, Washington, 98148, addressed to the attention of the certification manager, and one copy shall also be served on the opposing party or their attorney, if represented by counsel. Service shall be accomplished in accordance with the superior court civil rules.
