Laboratories scheduled to undergo an on-site audit may request a training session be conducted by department staff in conjunction with that audit. Accredited laboratories may also request on-site assistance at times other than the on-site audit. Whether requested as part of the on-site audit or otherwise, the department will provide such assistance to the extent allowed by staff resources available at the time.
