(1) The department will hold at least one public hearing in the county where the hospital being acquired is located. Any person may provide written or oral testimony. The department reserves the right to limit the time each presenter may have to make an oral statement.
(2) The department may subpoena witnesses or information, administer oaths, take depositions, and use related discovery procedures.
