This chapter establishes training, credentialing, and renewal requirements for the forensic phlebotomist certification, and regulates the practice of forensic phlebotomy by a person who holds a forensic phlebotomist certification. 246-827 WAC. These rules do not establish or alter the standards for admissibility of evidence in criminal proceedings.
