The director shall announce the official start date and closing date of each instant ticket game in an official lottery publication via printed or electronic media, or both. Lottery retailers shall not sell any tickets prior to the start date of a game unless expressly authorized by the director.
A lottery retailer may continue to sell tickets for each instant game up to sixty days after the official end of that game.
